Eric Rudolph Big Story Here In Asheville

Local rumor is that Eric Rudolph had a good friend in the Murphy/Cherokee area that was able to assist him for the past 4 or 5 years. This man passed away about a year ago and he was left to totally fend for himself then. I heard he also atteneded this guy's funeral. But the folks over in Murphy think he's a hero and even with a million dollar bounty, they'd rather protect him than turn him in.
